Exclusion Warranty
This type of warranty would usually be offered to newer vehicles with less kilometres and would be similar to the manufacturer's but excludes cover for normal wear and tear items ie. rubber hoses, filters, bulbs, batteries etc. If the part or problem is not listed as an ‘Exclusion’ in the warranty document, it’s included.
Inclusion Warranty
This type of warranty would list what part or problem is covered, and that’s all. If it’s not listed, then it is not covered. These types of warranty usually apply to older vehicles with higher kilometres.
